Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, campaign execution, and market positioning .
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams .
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and customer engagement strategies .
- Experience in budget management and performance-driven marketing .
- Strong analytical skills to track brand performance and optimize marketing efforts.
