Job summary

PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst to extract actionable insights from complex data sources in Jakarta. You will analyze dashboards, gather and clean data, and support accurate reporting to drive business decisions.

You will build and optimize data warehouses, create self-service dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine BI systems and deliver clear insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
• 5+ years of professional experience analyzing business data using Advanced Excel and SQL
• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Data Warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience in data visualization and presenting insights using Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills with business intuition

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from dashboards and visualizations to extract patterns and actionable insights
• Gather, clean, and transform raw data from various sources to support reporting
• Develop and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and OLAP databases
• Create and maintain self-service BI tools, reports, and interactive dashboards using Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather feedback to improve BI systems
