Job summary

Stay Beauty Clinic is seeking a proactive sales-focused professional to acquire new patients and drive revenue growth through direct selling, networking, and partnerships. You will also support frontliner and patient consultation activities at the clinic, building a strong prospect base and meeting monthly targets.

The role requires excellent communication, outreach skills, and the ability to convert leads into paying patients while collaborating with clinicians to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in sales or business development with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience in beauty, premium F&B, hospitality, healthcare, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to proactively hunt and acquire new customers beyond inbound leads.
• Strong networking skills and comfort with canvassing and field outreach.
• Able to explain treatments and benefits persuasively to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new patients through direct selling, networking, and partnerships.
• Conduct canvassing and outreach to communities, companies, gyms, salons, and other networks.
• Build a structured prospect database and follow-up to drive appointments and conversions.
• Convert leads into appointments and maximize attendance and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling when relevant.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinics to ensure patient needs and treatment info is shared.
