Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Barista at Goffee Indonesia, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and snacks. Daily tasks include operating coffee machines, maintaining a clean work area, engaging with customers to enhance their experience, and preparing food items as needed. You will also manage inventory, follow health and safety regulations, and ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications

2 years minimum of a barista skills and experience in espresso machine and drinks preparation

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial

High school diploma or equivalent

Placement in Jakarta Barat/Utara
