Responsibilities

• Handling legal matters involving both criminal and civil law
• Representing the Bank in legal proceedings before District Courts, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency, and other dispute resolution bodies
• Providing assistance to all units and departments in handling criminal law matters
• Preparing necessary documentation for handling civil law matters
• Providing legal opinions to units and departments regarding criminal law, civil law, and debt restructuring/bankruptcy (PKPU/Bankruptcy) matters
