Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking a CF Audit Manager to plan, execute, and report on complex financial audits across its business units. You will lead audit teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert guidance on controls and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years in financial audits (banking preferred), and strong IFRS/PSAK knowledge, COSO framework, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA/CIA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in financial audit, banking preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, PSAK, COSO and banking regs in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits across business units including planning, fieldwork and reporting.
• Develop audit programs and risk assessments to identify control gaps.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff for professional development.
• Prepare concise audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor implementation of recommendations and conduct follow-ups.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Improve audit methodologies and tools.
