Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bahasa Indonesia or related field.

• Deep knowledge of Indonesian literature, grammar, and linguistics.
• Ability to lead curriculum development and communicate with parents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Bahasa Indonesia Language Arts lessons for various grades.
• Design assessments to monitor reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Mentor and support junior teachers in the department.
• Organize extracurricular Bahasa Indonesia activities (literary clubs, writing contests).
• Collaborate across departments to promote interdisciplinary learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress in Balikpapan.
