Job summary

Esha Parama Technology seeks an experienced Backend Developer to join our engineering team in Jakarta. You will design, implement, and optimize backend services and APIs using Java, SpringBoot, and SpringCloud, building scalable, secure systems.

You will work on microservices architectures, messaging with RabbitMQ, and cache with Redis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software for our platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional backend development experience
• Hands-on experience with SpringBoot and SpringCloud
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ for message queuing
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and data storage
• Strong working knowledge of MySQL
• Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, and SOA integration and security best practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring ecosystem
• Build and optimize microservices and SOA-based architectures with a focus on integration and security
• Implement and manage messaging systems using RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing
• Utilize Redis for caching and performance optimization
• Design and manage MySQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and system reliability
