Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a backend engineer to help build a next-generation HRIS platform that tightly integrates attendance, overtime, reimbursement, and payroll. You will work on transaction-heavy, critical systems, focusing on data consistency and system resilience.

You will design and maintain backend services, optimize PostgreSQL, and craft APIs for frontend and partners. This role emphasizes clean architecture and event-driven patterns within a lean, fast-moving team.

Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years experience in backend development.
• Experience in Golang.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
• Solid knowledge of transaction management, data modeling, and eventual consistency concepts.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, message queues, and caching.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) is a big plus.
• Bonus: Experience in financial systems, payroll, HR tech, or ERP platforms.

• Ensure high data integrity and system consistency under concurrent updates.
• Optimize and scale PostgreSQL databases.

• Monitor and improve system reliability, latency, and error rates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build a scalable HRIS platform.
