Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development experience (Java, Go, or Python)
• Strong distributed systems and API design
• Proven ability to write well-structured, maintainable code
• Experience with relational databases and caching
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing familiarity
• Proficient in AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture
• Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, scalable backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA across the development lifecycle.
• Lead technical design discussions and produce design documents.
• Conduct constructive code reviews to improve team quality.
