Job summary

Pt Alam Sutera Realty Tbk is seeking a Senior Automotive Quality Control Engineer in Jakarta with a hybrid work arrangement. You will lead quality initiatives across automotive components and processes, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards while driving continuous improvement.

The role targets candidates with 7+ years in automotive QC/QA, strong SPC and root-cause analysis skills, and proven leadership to mentor junior engineers and coordinate supplier quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of automotive QC/QA experience.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and APQP/PPAP.
• Proficient in SPC tools and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC procedures for automotive components.
• Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.
• Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term solutions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage supplier quality and supplier audits.
