Overview

A full-time, on-site role at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang, responsible for designing and implementing industrial automation systems to improve production efficiency. The role includes integrating IoT and data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing system performance. You will also support the company’s transition toward smart manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation Engineering
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, robotics, or process control
• Proven expertise in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI systems
• Experience with IoT or data acquisition systems is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of electrical control design, pneumatics, and machine safety standards
• Understanding of 3D mechanical design and programming is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, leadership mindset, and ability to guide a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate about process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
• Experience in footwear or similar manufacturing is a plus
