About the role

As an Audit Senior at KAP Teramihardja, Pradhono & Chandra', you will play a key role in delivering high-quality external auditing services to our prestigious clients. This full-time position is based in our South Jakarta office, providing you with the opportunity to work in the dynamic business hub of Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Lead audit engagements, coordinating and supervising audit teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all audit procedures
• Perform detailed risk assessments and develop appropriate audit strategies to address identified risks
• Review and analyse financial statements, identifying any areas of concern or non-compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations for our clients
• Proactively communicate with clients, addressing their queries and providing valuable insights to support their decision-making
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping to develop their auditing skills

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in external auditing, preferably within a reputable accounting firm
• Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial and operational issues
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Proficient in using audit software and data analytics tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of audit procedures
• A recognised accounting qualification, such as a CPA or CA, is highly desirable
