PT Grahaniaga Tatautama, a leading real property management company, is looking for a Senior Auditor to strengthen our Internal Audit team. You will ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity of our financial and operational processes, while driving continuous improvement across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct internal audits (general, special/critical, and probity audits)
• Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Verify departmental KPIs for management review
• Support ISO & management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, ISO 50001, ISO 37001, Green Building)
• Prepare reports and recommend process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• Min. 5 years’ experience in auditing (property/real estate background preferred)
• Knowledge of ISO & internal audit (certification is a plus)
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good English communication (minimum TOEFL score of 500)
• Prefer certified in risk management
