About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the company’s growth in Bandung. As the Director’s right hand, this role is responsible for translating strategy into execution by designing and implementing cross-brand programs covering processes, systems, and analytics. The Senior Associate will ensure seamless coordination across the value chain from manufacturing and inventory to content, live commerce, and after-sales while also maintaining compliance with evolving marketplace regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery: Define scope, set timelines, and establish KPIs for cross-functional projects such as brand launch playbooks, inbound quality control improvements, returns reduction initiatives, and service-level agreement (SLA) upgrades.
• Process & IT: Map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) workflows, standardize SOPs, and enhance ERP/inventory processes including SKU creation, goods receipt notes (GRN), stock synchronization, pick/pack/ship, and return-to-vendor (RTV).
• Marketplace Operations & Compliance: Develop and maintain playbooks to ensure compliance with Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok marketplace policies—covering rule updates, penalty prevention, and data validation in alignment with Indonesia’s evolving regulations.
• Data & Accounting Touchpoints: Provide weekly P&L snapshots per brand, covering GMV, platform fees, logistics, marketing spend, and returns; build margin bridges; and maintain accurate accruals in collaboration with Finance.
• Automation: Create templates, dashboards, and scripts to reduce manual work across brands, streamlining tasks such as briefing, product listing, pricing, and promotional calendar management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce/ops excellence/business process/consulting; comfort with ERP/inventory tools and Seller Centers.
• Working knowledge of accounting flows (COGS, accruals, AR/AP basics) and how they show up in marketplace P&Ls.
• Strong project management; can translate strategy into SOPs, trackers, and on-time delivery.
• Plus: experience with live-commerce operations and marketplace campaign mechanics.
• Seller Center mastery (listing, promos, policy/penalty handling) and creator/campaign coordination
