Job Description
- Responsible for the overall process of the department’s financial monitoring, reporting, and analysis.
- Assist Strategic Planning Manager in developing budgeting and rolling forecasts, conducting regular and ad-hoc performance tracking to produce analysis and reporting for Customer Care in all operating countries.
- Create, monitor, and align tactical-strategic initiatives to ensure business decisions are aligned with department targets, including facilitating cross-functional team discussions.
- Business partnering with Finance, Commercial, Product, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate workforce planning and budget alignment.
- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives and workplan that enable Customer Care team to achieve OKR target.
- Build internal capabilities & tools enabler for Revenue & Growth Management team, including reporting standards & templates, business process improvement, data queries recommendation, reporting packages, and monthly review decks.
- Communicate analysis and recommendations based on factual findings and supporting documents, including spreadsheets, presentation slides that include charts and graphs, mailing lists, roadmaps, and ad hoc requests.
- Work with key stakeholders to implement the right tracking/telemetry in Customer Care performance and operation insight, providing recommendations & iterations as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot issues with reporting assets to determine root causes of anomalies identified; perform complex diagnostic analyses and communicate issues identified in reports to the appropriate related party.
- Crunch and analyze big data, conduct business impact analysis, and design improvement initiatives using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field is required. MBA or other advanced analytical degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in workforce management and relevant work experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data to identify both short-term and long-term trends and patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage day-to-day relationships and proactively engage with internal and external customers.
- Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
- Able to operate, slice-dice, and analyze data, especially through dashboards in Tableau and spreadsheet calculations.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and initiative to ask questions when clarification is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Effectively influence and present information to Senior Management and Business Partners.
- Have a good financial acumen.
