Summary

As the Senior Associate, Sales Account Management, you will be responsible to assist Lead, Sales Account Management in dealing with customer to develop the strategic plan for key account. You will need to develop and drive the business within account assigned for business growth and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Compile and collect Out of Stock (OOS) report from third parties or other sources, identify and solve the problem in store / Distribution Center (DC) levels, reporting them to line manager to seek long term solutions
  • Daily monitoring of accounts’ orders, provide early warning should the agreed lead-time not met, identify the issues and reporting them to line manager
  • Update Price Look-Up (PLU) and master list on monthly basis and ensure compliance in account level including areas
  • Monitor customer’s inventory, identify issues and reporting them to line manager
  • Support the goals and priorities deployment process with customers
  • Provide basic sales analysis, determine short term opportunities, identify areas which need the necessary steps or actions to correct the situation
  • Execute, monitor category management implementation in stores, coordinate execution with third parties, align objective with Key Account Management and Customer Marketing Team
  • Reconcile accounts regularly and clear discrepancies whenever necessary
  • Effectively manage the budget and ensure compliance in terms of administration and budget control
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Economics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and in modern trade channel
