Senior Associate Performance Marketing Manager - Metasearch

Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven metasearch marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and conduct A/B testing and make data-driven adjustments to bids and product selection to optimize campaigns for better results on metasearch platforms.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of metasearch campaigns, including budget allocation, and inventory performance analysis
- Plan and implement innovative strategies and tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness and boost revenues
- Work closely with other teams (Sales & Marketing team, growth team, pricing team, product team, etc) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to enhance campaign performance and innovation, detect any new opportunities as source of growth
- Negotiate advertising buying models with metasearch partners to ensure cost-effective and efficient campaign execution
- Develop and manage the metasearch marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
- Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.
- Mentor and lead a team of metasearch marketing professionals, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the metasearch industry, including platform algorithm updates, user behavior shifts, and emerging competitor strategies.
Requirements
- Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing technology, growth marketing, or data/BI
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing search campaigns, metasearch or shopping ads are a plus
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
- Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
- Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
- Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)
- Proven track record of managing team members
- Proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, or Phyton is a plus
