Job summary

EY Parthenon is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Financial Restructuring & Optimization team in Jakarta. You will work with senior executives, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders on high-impact business situations, combining strategic thinking, operational insight, and financial analysis to improve performance and execute complex restructuring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, turnaround & restructuring advisory, or related fields.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in addressing critical business situations including performance improvement and liquidity management.
• Conduct rigorous financial, operational, and strategic analyses.
• Engage with C-suite executives, boards, lenders, and investors to implement turnaround and reconstruction strategies.
• Contribute to engagements spanning value creation, turnaround, distressed scenarios, and capital solutions.
• Develop client deliverables such as executive presentations, board materials, financial analyses, and business plans.
• Assist in market research, thought leadership, proposal development, and client engagement initiatives.
