As we take this ambitious journey of growing to 1,000 stores, we’re looking for a meticulous and analytical Senior Associate, Finance Accounting & Tax to safeguard the financial integrity of our operations—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across our nationwide network. You will play a key role in managing financial reporting, handling tax obligations, and supporting accounting processes so that every store operates with confidence, transparency, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
  • Prepare and submit monthly tax payment and tax reporting timely
  • Prepare and submit working paper CIT and CIT report timely
  • Prepare reconciliation GL vs Tax report
  • Ensure all transaction aligned with tax regulations
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and statutory requirements
  • Support tax and external audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor queries
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, solid experience in tax is preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
  • Strong proficiency in Accounting software (Xero), MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
