Key Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Transactions and M&A work.
2. A law degree (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable Indonesian university.
3. A Peradi license is strongly preferred.
4. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
5. A strong academic background with well-developed legal and analytical skills.
6. A commercial mindset and the ability to apply legal knowledge in a business context.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
8. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
