Gini Talent is seeking a Senior Assessor (Chief Lead Assessor) to lead a team responsible for enhancing search engine evaluations. This full-time remote role offers a salary of 500 USD/month and requires strong leadership skills, native proficiency in Indonesian, and a Bachelor's degree. As a Senior Assessor (Chief Lead Assessor), you will be responsible for leading a team of Search Quality Improvement Leads, ensuring the overall quality, consistency, and effectiveness of search engine evaluations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining task accuracy, training assessors, refining task instructions, and providing expert-level guidance and support. This is a full-time remote position with a fixed monthly payment.
Lead and mentor a team of Search Quality Improvement Leads
Oversee quality control processes and provide expert feedback
Manage task-related communications and chat discussions
Monitor, correct, and improve task instructions for clarity and relevance
Escalate issues related to tasks or platform operations as needed
Handle complex and atypical assignments requiring higher-level expertise
Train and onboard new team members; conduct webinars and adaptation sessions
Assess qualifying tasks and maintain contributor standards
Support operational needs such as internal meetings, data collection, and coordination
Provide language-specific and cultural advice to improve task accuracy
We are looking for candidates who bring a combination of technical and communication skills, along with leadership experience.
Native Indonesian speaker with deep linguistic and cultural understanding
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably from ITB, UGM, UNY or equivalent)
Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or currently pursuing graduate studies is a plus
English proficiency at C1 level or above
Familiarity with project management, team training, and quality assurance
Previous experience in crowdsourcing, e-commerce, AI, digital marketing, or related industries
Prior involvement with Appen, Lionbridge, Outlier, Tokopedia, or similar platforms
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA) is an advantage
