Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and conceptually strong Senior Art Director with a versatile background across ATL (Above-the-Line) and digital campaigns. You will lead the visual development of integrated campaigns, bringing ideas to life across TVC, print, OOH, digital, and social platforms. This role requires both a strong creative vision and hands-on execution ability, working collaboratively with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to craft impactful brand stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative ideas across ATL and digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions
- Oversee creative output from ideation to final delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence across touchpoints (TVC, OOH, digital banners, social content, web assets, etc.)
- Provide art direction on shoots and oversee production in collaboration with producers and vendors
- Mentor junior designers and art-based creatives, providing feedback and guidance to elevate creative standards
- Stay current with design, advertising, and digital trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant
- Present creative concepts and visuals confidently to internal teams and clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design, or a related creative field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in advertising or creative agencies, with a strong portfolio across both ATL and digital work
- Solid understanding of storytelling, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video editing skills are a plus
- Experience in handling a wide range of media outputs including print, OOH, digital banners, social media assets, and web interface design
- Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail, creative curiosity, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
