Develop architectural concepts based on client needs and project requirements.

Prepare sketches, moodboards, and design presentations.

Ensure the design aligns with functionality, aesthetics, and project goals.

Provide realistic 3D renderings of 3 villas you have previously designed and completed in a similar style, so we can evaluate the quality of your work.

Maintain consistency and quality of architectural design.

Stay updated with trends in architecture, materials, and technology.

Contribute to improving design standards and workflows.

Present design concepts and development updates to clients.

Incorporate client feedback and refine designs accordingly.

Finalize drawings and documents for project implementation.

Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure projects meet deadlines and client expectations.

Contribute to the design of new high-value projects.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Min.age 30 y.o
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and technical capabilities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
• Must be proficient in English both oral or written
