Senior Architect

Responsibilities

1. Create building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-based design (CAD) applications.
2. Prepare designs and technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems, develop, check designs and details, provide routine site visits, participate in on-site meetings & email correspondences.
3. Work closely with a team of other professionals such as contractors, construction managers, and quantity surveyors.
4. Select the materials that will be used in the construction process.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum education: S1 Architect.
2. Experience in the field of Architecture minimum 4 years.
3. Have knowledge about interior design, building structure, and MEP.
4. Mastering AutoCAD, SketchUp 3D, Lumion, 3D Max.
5. Creative and able to work together in teams and individually.
6. Capable of clear and effective communication with clients and exhibits strong presentation skills, interactive working method.
