Grab is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (Android) to join our Jakarta team. You will build high-quality Android apps, collaborate with product and backend teams, and help shape scalable mobile architecture.

The role requires 5+ years of mobile development, proficiency in Java or Kotlin, and Android framework experience. Onsite in Jakarta, you will mentor peers and contribute to performance and user experiences for Grab’s driver and rider partners.

• Lead project development as engineering owner with product managers.
• Collaborate with product and experience teams to finalize feature specs.
• Work with backend teams to build modular components and scalable APIs.

• Investigate stability and optimize performance of the Driver App.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams on scalable architectures.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold high standards.
