You will develop methods, tools, and data across BAT categories, ensuring quality and regulatory alignment, while guiding a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years in analytical science.
• Proficiency in GC-FID, HPLC and LC-MS/MS operation, maintenance and data interpretation.
• Experience with ISO 17025, method development, validation, and LIMS data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Advanced Analytics to deliver Indonesia-specific robust routine analytical methods.
• Develop and deploy fit-for-purpose analytical testing capabilities and defined requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver R&S reports, publications, and ensure EH&S compliance and data quality.
