Macquarie Group is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst in Risk Advisory for Banking and Financial Services. The role focuses on delivering operational risk advice, leading risk initiatives, and overseeing risk control self-assessments, governance projects, and risk approval processes across multiple product lines.

The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders at all levels, drive risk management, and uplift controls and documentation to strengthen the risk framework within the organization.

Qualifications

• Provide Operational Risk advice and drive risk initiatives.
• Lead risk projects and act as risk lead on initiatives such as CPS230 and Data Under Governance.
• Perform general Risk and Control Management including creating and documenting new controls and assessing risk ratings.

Responsabilités

• Partner with ecosystem to provide Operational Risk guidance and drive initiatives.
• Act as risk lead on projects and manage risk approvals throughout delivery.
• Review and monitor risk performance across stakeholder groups.
