Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe ASEAN seeks a Senior Delivery Consultant with deep AI/ML expertise to guide large-scale cloud-based transformations for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shape AI and cloud transformation strategies, lead complex engagements, and oversee successful delivery of GenAI/ML initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• Experience deploying ML systems for large-scale optimization or handling customer problems under pressure.
• 3+ years working in ASEAN region and travel to customer locations as needed for pre-sales and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise customer technologists and business leaders on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML on AWS to deliver measurable business value.
• Discuss industry-specific business and tech concepts with senior stakeholders in FSI, telecoms, and retail.
• Lead executive and technical workshops to identify transformation opportunities and define AI/ML acceleration plans.
• Drive large, complex engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation to strategy, architecture, scoping, and delivery outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight to ensure alignment on scope, architecture, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.
• Mentor delivery teams, promote AWS best practices, and elevate technical excellence across engagements.
