Job summary

PT Amazon Web Services Indonesia, part of AWS ProServe ASEAN, seeks a Senior Principal AI/ML practitioner with executive advisory capability, business acumen, and deep technical expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML to lead large-scale cloud transformations.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shape AI and cloud strategies, oversee complex AI/ML programs, and mentor delivery teams while evolving AWS's AI/ML professional services in the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• Experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to solve large-scale optimizations.
• 5+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application.
• Ability to think strategically about business, solutions and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Advise customer technologists and business leaders on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML on AWS to deliver measurable business value.
• Lead executive and technical workshops with customers to identify transformation opportunities.
• Drive large, complex engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation to delivery outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight across engagements.
