Engage with stakeholders to identify business problems suitable for AI/ML and translate needs into well-defined use cases with measurable outcomes.

Lead the design, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and generative AI solutions tailored to each use case, ensuring reliability, scalability, and governance-compliant standards.

Craft and refine prompts for large language models and implement retrieval-augmented generation architectures to enable dynamic, contextually relevant outputs for enterprise use.

Design and orchestrate intelligent multi-agent systems using role-specialized agents, utilizing Model Context Protocol to manage agent memory, interaction, and behavior constraints.

Build structured, context-aware models and agents using Pydantic AI, with experience in similar frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel being applicable.

Develop and manage robust ETL pipelines to feed real-time and historical data into AI systems, ensuring data readiness and integrity.

Explore cutting-edge AI capabilities, test new architectures, and bring innovative ideas into practical implementation.

Work cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and operations teams, presenting complex concepts in business-friendly language.

Maintain clear, accessible documentation of models, agents, and system workflows, providing mentorship and support to other team members.
