The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives.

As a Senior Affiliate Executive, you will take charge of

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
• Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
• Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• 3-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and storytelling.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive optimization.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
