Job summary

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks an experienced independent advisor to deliver operational performance analyses and advisory solutions across mining and metallurgical disciplines at West Sumbawa site. The role focuses on identifying improvements, benchmarking, and supporting management decisions with data-driven insights.

With at least 10 years in copper mining operations, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and develop roadmaps for productivity, recovery, and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of copper mining operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of open pit mining, mineral processing, or integrated mining operations.
• Experience in operational performance analysis and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, technical analyses, improvement roadmaps, and management reports.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with international stakeholder collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational performance assessments and benchmarking across assigned areas.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, process efficiency, recovery, and cost performance.
• Provide independent assessments and recommendations based on data and industry practices.
• Develop implementation roadmaps with milestones and measurable success criteria.
• Deliver performance improvements to Department Heads and leadership.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations to support decisions.
