Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Ads Specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and propose innovative strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver within budget.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience 2 years working in digital advertising, preferably in a leadership role.
