Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Ads Specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and propose innovative strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver within budget.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience 2 years working in digital advertising, preferably in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
