Overview

PT. Tsubaki Indonesia Trading is a leading company for power transmission, various components & equipment used in industries. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accounting Staff to join our growing team in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Input journal entries, documentation and filing
• Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Controlling fixed asset and inventory
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process
• Report to Bank Indonesia for KPPK
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial management

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards and regulations
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as SAP or experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central preferable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, also well spoken in English
• Having Brevet A & B Certificate preferable
