PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Senior Accounting Policy Lead to drive the development, implementation, and governance of the bank's accounting policies.

You will advise senior management on accounting for products, strategic initiatives, and financial reporting, while ensuring PSAK, IFRS, and OJK compliance. The role requires collaboration across risk, treasury, product, and finance teams, with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and governance of financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting policy, financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and OJK regulations.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead formulation, review, and enhancement of accounting policies, guidelines, and procedures in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and key decision-maker on accounting treatment for new products, strategic business initiatives, transactions, and emerging business models.
• Provide strategic accounting advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders, business units, risk management, treasury, product development, and finance teams.
• Assess accounting implications and financial reporting impact of new regulations, accounting standards, and business developments.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and committees related to product approvals, business programs, accounting policy interpretations, and financial reporting matters.
