Job summary

Koltiva is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to oversee accounting and finance processes across our subsidiaries. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support business decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3–4 years of experience, PSAK knowledge (71/72/73), advanced Excel, Brevet A/B, and proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
3-4 years of relevant work experience are required.
PSAK knowledge including PSAK 71, 72, 73 is preferred; StandardCost is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills are essential.
Brevet A and B certifications are preferred.
Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is required.
Good command of English is required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations.
Oversee bank reconciliations and other financial transactions.
Reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify unusual balances and coordinate with regional consultants for proper recognition.
Prepare BS reconciliations and analyze account fluctuations.

Who is the Koltiva Senior Accounting Officer

Senior Accounting Officer is responsible to oversee the accounting and finance processes in our subsidiaries.

What are the key responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Officer

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financialstatements for subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, companypolicies, and relevant regulations.
Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and otherfinancial transactions.
Reconcile, maintain and properly recorded intercompanytransactions, to ensure accuracy and completeness oftransactions.
Identify transactions and unusual balance to related regionalconsultant in order to ensure transactions are properlyrecognized and measured based on actual supportingdocuments
Prepare BS Recon and analysis of accounts fluctuations fromMTM, and or YoY according to actual transaction recorded

What are the requirement of the Position?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum 3-4 years working experience in related field.
Knowledgeable with PSAK. Experience in PSAK 71,72, 73 and StandardCost is a plus.
Advanced skills in Excel
Possess Brevet A and B certification
Proficiency in accounting software / ERPsystems used for AR and AP management, suchas SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms
Good command in English
