Job Description

As a Senior Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
• Analysing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets.
• Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth.
• Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Implementing operational best practices.
• Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems.
• Interacting with venture capital partners and board of directors.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accounting Manager should have:

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification.
• At least 10-15 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a big team.
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges.
• Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
