Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of overall accounting experience with at least 1+ years in a senior or management role.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
IFRS Certification and CA license are strong plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills with high professional ethics.

Responsibilities

Establish and improve financial management standards and accounting workflows; optimize the company’s accounting systems and internal control mechanisms.
Oversee daily accounting operations and verify the accuracy of the accounting outputs to safeguard assets.
Provide financial reports, analysis, and data insights to executive management.
Stay updated on accounting regulations and tax laws, leveraging tax incentives and policies.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations within the accounting department and handle other tasks as assigned.
