Job summary

PT. Suri Nusantara Jaya seeks professionals with Finance, Accounting, and Tax experience to join as staff to supervisory level positions. Key duties include mastering journal entries, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations, with knowledge of e-Faktur, PPh reporting, and e-SPT.

Ideal candidates hold a minimum S1/S2 in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation and have at least 1 year in related roles. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Accurate is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax
• Experience in distributor, FMCG, retail, or logistics is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting cycles, cash flow, and Indonesian tax rules
• Proficiency with Excel and data processing software

Responsibilities

• Master daily journal entries, AP, AR processes and bank reconciliations
• Understand e-Faktur, PPh reporting (21, 23, 4 ayat 2) and e-SPT
• Handle payment documents, petty cash, and filing
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) per PSAK
• Lead tax planning, reconciliation, daily/annual SPT Badan, and assist audits
• Monitor cash flow and budget realization (budget vs actual)
• Evaluate team performance and ensure SOP compliance
