A growing jewelry company is seeking a highly trustworthy and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to fully own and manage all finance, accounting, payroll and taxation functions. This includes handling daily journal entries, financial reporting, cash disbursements, payroll, tax filings, and compliance—ensuring clean, organized, and audit-ready financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and oversee all internal accounting functions, reporting, and financial operations

Manage tax filings, financial compliance, and statutory reporting

Track and reconcile all incoming and outgoing payments across the business

Maintain and organize financial records, budgets, and forecasts

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.)

Support management with financial insights and strategic decision-making.

Support costing and pricing analysis in collaboration with the production team

Handle general HR paperwork and basic office administration

Establish and uphold internal financial controls and best practices

Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall business operations

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CPA, CA, Brevet A/B or equivalent certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years as a Senior Accounting, Finance, and Taxation roles, with proven track record managing full-cycle accounting, tax filings, payroll, and financial reporting (experience in manufacturing, jewelry, or growing fast-paced companies preferred).

Technical Skills:

Skilled in journal entries, financial statements, payroll, and audit readiness

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and BPJS administration

Proficient with accounting software (Xero preferred) and advanced google sheet skills

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Soft Skills:

High integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of responsibility

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to organize, analyze, and present financial data for decision-making

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
