Senior or Intermediate Accountant/CPA (U.S. LLC Accounting)
Company Overview

We manage a portfolio of 10 companies, each with fewer than 200 monthly transactions. We are looking for an Accountant based on-site in Berawa, Bali to handle the group’s accounting under U.S. LLC standards (US GAAP).

We are open to two types of profiles:

Intermediate Accountant (to be trained) → motivated, with 2–3 years of experience, strong English, and willingness to follow a structured training program (US GAAP, LLC reporting, QuickBooks, Xero).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and control financial flows for up to 10 companies (<600 monthly transactions ).

Oversee daily operations: purchases, sales, invoicing, bank reconciliations.

Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and equity reports.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and adapt to LLC reporting structures.

Provide financial reports in perfect English for shareholders and executives.

Collaborate with banks, investors, and law firms.

(For senior profile) Supervise and train junior accountants.

(For intermediate profile) Follow a 6-month training roadmap with external U.S. CPA mentorship.

Profile Sought

CPA (or equivalent), 5+ years in accounting.

Strong experience with U.S. GAAP & LLC accounting (mandatory).

Proven ability to manage multi-entity accounting and reporting.

Leadership skills → able to manage a small team.

Option 2 – Intermediate Accountant (To Be Trained)

Bachelor in Accounting (S.Ak or equivalent).

4–5 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a multinational or with foreign clients.

Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Open to training in U.S. GAAP, QuickBooks, Xero, and LLC reporting.

Conditions & Benefits

Location: Berawa, Bali (on-site only).

Senior: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 IDR/month (depending on experience).

Intermediate: 10,000,000 – 13,000,000 IDR/month (with training included).
