Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an Accountant to support Indonesian operations, handling transactional accounting and financial reporting. The role collaborates with the WSC team and local stakeholders to ensure accurate transactions, account reconciliations, and timely payments in compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting, while maintaining internal controls and Weatherford policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, GL, reconciliation, and treasury.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (JD Edwards/Oracle).
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for Weatherford Indonesia.
• Prepare and process journal entries and ensure transactions recorded in General Ledger.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with WSC team on accounting activities and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and Weatherford policies.
