The role requires 3–6 years of accounting experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and familiarity with VAT and multi-currency transactions. Based in Jakarta, the position offers on-site work and cross-functional collaboration across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, taxation, or treasury.
• Experience in insurance, broking, financial services, or professional services is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, tax compliance, reconciliations, and treasury processes.
• Familiarity with VAT, withholding tax, and multi-currency reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable, ensuring valid supporting documentation and approvals.
• Process Accounts Receivable and settlements with accurate VAT/tax treatment.
• Maintain tax documentation and prepare settlement schedules.
• Monitor collections, escalate overdue balances, and support intercompany actions.
• Assist treasury activities including bank reconciliations and references.
