Job description

Senior Account Manager (selling CAD/CAE/CAM/PLM solutions)

Experience in selling engineering software or services (e.g., Catia, UG NX, CAE, SolidWorks, AutoDesk, CAD, Teamcenter, etc.)

Preferably selling into manufacturing, engineering, automotive, aviation, aerospace, tool & die, tooling industries.

Solid understanding of complete sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.

Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecast.

Develop new accounts, service existing customers, and expand product range and usage in the assigned territory with a proactive mindset focused on exceeding sales growth.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers.

Able to organize and plan proper scheduling of sales activities.

We are looking for an aggressive individual with a good track record in selling, especially into the engineering and manufacturing markets. Our portfolios include multinational corporations, SMEs, and research organizations. You will be required to manage existing customers and prospect for new ones.

You may potentially run the business unit along with a team of technical personnel to support your sales efforts.

Meet sales targets according to the commission plan.

Provide monthly MO (Monthly Objective) forecasts, pipeline updates with rolling 3-month MO reporting at the beginning of each month.

Ensure timely and accurate forecasts – monthly and quarterly.

Maintain a healthy pipeline (sales funnel) size – 3x of the target.

Submit reports (e.g., sales activity reports) timely and accurately.

Execute the objectives of the BFT sales activities to ensure effective sales management.

Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior or management.
