A leading IT consulting firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Sales Representative to fulfill sales targets, sell IT solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the IT sector, a strong customer base, and excellent consultative sales skills. This position involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to payment.
Fulfill sales targets according to the segment. Sell total IT solutions. Monitor the entire process of product sales from prospecting to payment, ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain current clients. Identify, develop, and acquire new customers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and product support.
