Overview

Fulfill sales targets according to the segment. Sell total IT solutions. Monitor the entire process of product sales from prospecting to payment, ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain current clients. Identify, develop, and acquire new customers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and product support.

Responsibilities
  • Fulfill sales targets according to the segment.
  • Selling total IT solutions.
  • Monitor the entire process of product sales going well up to the payment stage.
  • Presentation, coordination with internal product support, and development engineers.
  • Understand business processes in general and consultative sales skills.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain current clients.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and acquiring new customers.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and coordination.
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Solution Company.
  • Having knowledge about IT Products & Solutions.
  • Have a strong customer base, for example in oil and gas mining areas, or in large state-owned companies, or in telcos outside Tsel, or in FSI.
  • Have database/customer list coverage from the existing account.
  • Able to provide solution skills for future customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals.
  • Personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
