Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Media, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the advertising industry.
Preferred background: Associate Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager in Advertising/Media Planning or similar roles.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both verbal and written); Korean is a plus.

Experiences:
Proven experience in an advertising agency (ATL and BTL).
Experience handling local or multinational clients across various industries for advertising projects.
Expertise in integrated marketing planning, strategy, budgeting, and proposal writing.
Skilled in presenting proposals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, managing team members, projects, and client relations.
Develop competitive reviews and comprehensive marketing strategies to assess the brand's SWOT and key issues, setting achievable goals and budgets.
Manage end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, including TVC, activations, print, and more.
Manage end-to-end delivery of BTL advertising campaigns, from strategy development and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and post-event evaluation.
Handle administrative tasks with key departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain clear communication with clients to gather information on project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, while managing client expectations.
Foster teamwork with internal teams (Digital, Account, Finance, and Management) and collaborate with external vendors on proposals.
Develop and present proposals in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
