Responsibilities
- Create creative social media strategies to achieve client goals.
- Identify and qualify new potential customers, including calling and developing leads through referral channels to generate appointments and build relationships.
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Close sales to prospects and current customers to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's profitability.
- Manage ongoing account services and management, develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams, and request referrals.
- Conduct planning meetings with clients to discuss new technologies, improvement plans, and enhancements.
- Complete all sales documentation promptly, thoroughly, and accurately to ensure company profitability and maximize our ability to deliver high-quality solutions while minimizing potential issues or problems in service delivery or billing. This includes obtaining signed contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Build good working relationships with clients, ensuring an understanding of their needs and objectives and approaching decisions as a partnership with the customer.
- Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure Sosplan is in the right position to win new business and/or retain and grow existing business
- Required to provide regular sales reports, including sales activities, figures, prospect management and opportunity tracking, to optimize sales results and provide information to the sales organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in driving revenue growth through strategic brand marketing account planning and management, or campaign execution
- Customer-centric and consultative sales style, with a focus on listening to client initiatives and success metrics;
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic, multitasking, fast-paced team environment;
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to identify and flag statistical trends to drive value-added conversations with clients;
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and performance campaign management.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders, including the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, partners, and collaborators.
- High attention to detail and well-organized;
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with good time management abilities.
- Excellent English language skills are also required;
