Get to Know the Role

We seek a Senior Account Manager to build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. The role requires good management skills, and the candidate will be part of the growth team, reporting to the manager. This is an onsite, 1-year contract position.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, build merchant trust, and improve communication and service.
  2. Engage, retain, and grow key merchants by listening to their needs and feedback.
  3. Manage end-to-end processes from planning to execution.
  4. Drive growth and ROI.
  5. Use data-driven approaches to analyze ROI and KPIs, grow basket size, and foster customer loyalty.
  6. Ensure service and food quality consistency by liaising with operations, customer service, and partners.
  7. Collaborate with product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to optimize merchant experience.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in management, business, public administration, or engineering preferred.
  2. 4+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
  3. Knowledge of business process management, risk identification, and successful initiative execution.
  4. Interest in external stakeholder engagement.
  5. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  6. Passion for the on-demand delivery industry, especially food delivery, with industry awareness.
  7. Comfortable working with laptops and sales tools/applications.
