Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help Grab build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. A successful candidate should have strong management skills; if you believe you have what it takes, we’d love to hear from you. In return, you will be part of the team driving growth for Grab. You will report to the manager. The role is onsite and will be a 1-year contract.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Improve business growth by designing and implementing strategies, developing tailored communications to build merchant trust, communication, and service.
  • Relationship building: engage, retain, and grow our most important merchants by listening to their needs and feedback, maintaining close communication.
  • Ensure the delivery of end-to-end processes, from planning to execution.
  • Drive growth and higher ROI.
  • Use a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
  • Ensure consistency and quality: work with operations, customer service, and partners to resolve issues and maintain service and food quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and merchant acquisition teams to ensure the best experience for merchants.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, public administration, or engineering preferred.
  • 4+ years experience in sales, business development, account management, or operations.
  • Knowledge of business process management, risk identification, and successful initiative execution.
  • Interest in external stakeholder engagement and off-ground activities.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Passion for the on-demand delivery space, especially food delivery, with industry trend awareness.
  • Comfortable working with a laptop and sales tools/applications.
